CommercialHigh-performance coatings for warehouses, plants, and equipment.
Industrial spaces need coatings rated for abrasion, chemicals, and moisture. We specify direct-to-metal primers, epoxies, and urethanes for the real conditions in your building, then apply them around your production schedule.
Work is staged around production. Our crews bring the lifts, set up containment, and mark safety lines, and they are trained to work inside active facilities.
The difference is in the prep. Our crews protect your space, repair and prime surfaces, and apply premium coatings with even coverage and clean lines, so your industrial coatings look right and last for years.
On-site assessment
We walk the facility with you, measure, note problem areas, and confirm the coating each surface needs.
Written proposal
You get a detailed, line-item estimate with products, prep scope, and a firm schedule. No surprises.
Protect & prepare
Surfaces are masked and covered, then cleaned, scraped, sanded, patched, and primed so the coating bonds properly.
Apply & inspect
Coatings go on in full coats, then we walk the finished work with you and correct anything before we call it done.
What an industrial coatings project covers
Every proposal is scoped to the exposure, the ceiling height, and the hours your floor runs.

Steel, joists, and decking
Direct-to-metal primers and finishes on open structure, reached from lifts and scaffolding.

Epoxy floors and safety lines
Floor coatings rolled in sections, with aisles, zones, and walkways marked in after.

Lift and high-bay access
Tall walls and open structure reached from lifts and staging by crews trained for active facilities.

Containment and staging
Work areas sealed in plastic so overspray and dust stay out of the bays still running.

Exterior walls from a lift
Tall elevations, canopies, and trim reached with lifts and fall protection.

Front offices and break rooms
The finished spaces inside the facility, painted after hours so staff come back to a clean room.
Need more than paint?
Concrete repair ahead of a floor coating, drywall patching in the offices, and a full commercial repaint of the rest of the property can be added to an industrial project. Tell us the scope and we will fold it into one proposal.
Colors that keep a floor bright and safe
Light walls and ceilings put more of your fixture light on the floor. Neutrals carry the building, safety colors stay on the lines, and one dark color goes where trucks hit it.
Paint the ceiling and deck white. A bright overhead bounces light back down into the aisles, so the floor reads better under the same fixtures. Darker grays belong low on the wall, where forklifts, pallets, and carts leave marks.
Keep color and safety separate. Walls and steel stay neutral so the yellow, red, and blue on the floor and the bollards mean something at a glance. Keep a record of every color and coating in the building so touch-ups match.

How to tell your facility is due
Industrial coatings fail at the edges first: where steel sweats, where trucks turn, where water sits. These are the things we look for on a walkthrough.
Rust bleeding through on steel
Orange staining at joist ends, bolts, and column bases means moisture has reached the metal under the coating.
Floor coating worn through in lanes
Bare concrete showing in forklift aisles and turns lets dust and spills soak straight into the slab.
Safety lines you can barely see
Faded or scuffed aisle and zone markings stop doing their job long before anyone repaints them.
Peeling or blistering on walls
Once the film lifts, water gets behind it and the wall starts shedding paint and dust into the space.
Chalking outside
Run a hand along the sunny wall. A powdery film means the exterior finish has broken down and no longer sheds water.
Traffic lanes and dock areas wear long before the rest of the building, and they can be recoated on their own. Catching rust early means cleaning and spot-priming the steel. Waiting usually means grinding it back to bare metal first. Call (678) 737-6776 to set up a walkthrough.
Questions we hear most
Straight answers on timing, paint, payment, and the warranty. Anything else, ask us on the estimate visit or call (678) 737-6776.
Yes. We coat bar joists, decking, and mezzanines by spray, with containment set up below the work.
Rarely. We section the facility so production keeps running in the bays next to us.
Direct-to-metal primers and finishes for steel, epoxy for floors, and urethane topcoats where abrasion or chemicals are a concern. We match each system to the exposure, not to a catalog.
Every project is backed by a written workmanship warranty, with the term printed on your estimate and invoice. If anything isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
You pay nothing until the job is finished and you’re 100% satisfied. Our no-payment-until-complete promise keeps the entire process risk-free.
