Runs, sags, drips, and missed coverage

Damage from storms, impact, or structural movementThat is an insurance matter, not a workmanship one.
Surfaces the homeowner declined recommended prep onThe finish is only as sound as what it sits on.
Moisture intrusion from roofing, gutters, or plumbing leaksAnother trade's repair, not a defect in the paint.
Normal wear in high-traffic areas or homeowner touch-upsTime and use, not a defect in the work.
